Richard L. Binder represents clients in trials and appeals of complex business litigation. During his thirty five years of practice, he has represented clients at trials in Massachusetts state and federal courts and in federal courts in other states. He has successfully represented individuals, small corporations and publicly traded corporations in litigation concerning a wide range of commercial issues, including insurance coverage, intellectual property, product liability, unfair business practices, contract and employment matters. He has prepared appellate briefs for the Massachusetts appellate courts and the United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Third and Federal Circuits. In addition to litigation, he has represented and counseled clients regarding protecting rights under insurance policies and issues concerning environmental statutes and regulations.
